He leaves behind his wife, Ester; children Jacobo Jr (wife Cindy), Joel (wife Leeann), Joyce (husband William), Jeffrey, and Joby (wife Joy); grandchildren Charles, Samantha (husband Andrew), David (wife Renee), Kori, Kyle, Miquelon, Patrick, and Jeffrey Jr; great grandchildren Dante, Raiben, Kai, Olivia and Reid.<br /><br />Visitation and Holy Mass will take place on Tuesday, August 4, 2015.<br /><br />Sincere gratitude to everyone who has expressed their condolences and sympathies. The family truly appreciates your love and friendship. Most important to Jake, thank you for all your prayers.<br /><br /></div>
