Margaret Helen Pylypchuk
July 7, 1945 - July 15, 2014
Pylypchuk, Margaret (Marg) Helen
It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our dear wife, mother, and friend, Marg Pylypchuk. After a hard fought (and often won) battle with cancer, Marg passed away with her husband, Dave, by her side (just 2-days shy of their 49th wedding anniversary). Mom was an amazing role model of how to love unconditionally. She opened her home and heart to countless people through the years as a wife, mother, friend, foster-mother, neighbour, aunt, in-law, daycare provider and nana, and we know that she has profoundly touched the lives of many. Our loss is deep, and we will miss her too much to understand at this time. We appreciate all of the love and support of our friends and family.
Wife of Dave Pylypchuk. A beloved mother to Lesa (Rick), Brenda (Todd) and Rebecca (Rory). An adoring Nana to Cameron, Skylar, Braedan, Sawyer, Sydney and soon-to-be Baby Boy Binns. Sister to Lynne and Vincent. Predeceased by brother Norman and brother-in-law Darrell. Marg will be missed by all her extended family and friends.
Family and friends will be received on Friday July 18, 2014 from 7-9 p.m. at the Scott Funeral Home "Brampton Chapel" 289 Main Street North, Brampton (905) 451-1100. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday July 19, 2014 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home Chapel. An Interment to follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery, 6933 Tomken Road, Mississauga.
In lieu of flowers the family would greatly appreciate any donations made to cancer research in Marg's honour.
