Elvis Iglesias Morales
September 29, 1933 - October 28, 2013
Maria Elvis Iglesias Morales
Maria Elvis was born in her father’s house, Timoteo Iglesias, which is presently owned by my first cousin Carlos Iglesias, on Friday, September 29, 1933 by Isabel Morales; She started working with her mother in her own business at the age of 12 and stayed on it until she retired at the age of 65. She married for the first time to Redolfo Caprile and my older brother Brenzo and sister Georgina were born. She separted, to later in life join our father Juan Orellana and my brother Fredy and I (Oscar) were born. My sister Georgina got in the family business five years before Elvis retired and has managed all the present family affairs ever since.
Elvis came to Canada for the first time in 1990 for my graduation as a Civil Engineer from Ryerson. She was very proud of Canada for what it has given us all and she liked to contribute to its greatness and took on her citizenship in 1999 as she had a special and upmost respect of Queen Elizabeth the 2nd and all the Royals. She lived her life to the fullest with all her kids and my fathers children from her previous marriage, Juan Francisa R.I.P Orellana and Maira Elsa Hernandez, and later in life she also enjoyed her two daughter in laws; Ana Orellana and Mario Orellana as well as Zoila Caprile, and caress her grandkids Rodolfo, Genesis and Luis Caprile. Get togethers always revolved around food and she will continue feeding us until the day we get our call to go see her and continue enjoying her as well as our creator. We will always love her and be together forever.
