GOUGEON, Gerald ‘Gerry’
Peacefully, on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at the age of 85. Survived by his loving wife Maxine (nee Buck), and predeceased by Beverley (nee Kinsella); adored father of Jamie Furlott (Brad) and Laurie Robinson (Steve); and doting grandfather to Alex and Stephanie, Wade and Alyssa. Loving brother to Jewel Lyons and James Gougeon, and predeceased by Ruth-Anne Edmunds and Robert Gougeon. He will be sorely missed by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Special thanks to the staff at Georgetown Hospital for their kindness and compassion to Gerry’s family during this difficult time. Friends and family will be received at the Scott Funeral Home Brampton Chapel at 289 Main St. N., Brampton on Sunday January 17th, 2016 from 1-3 p.m. Chapel service to follow at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation are greatly appreciated. “He’s not gone, he's just gone fishin’”
