Beloved mother of Christopher and Leanne (John Woods). Cherished Nanny of Ian and Julia Woods. Joan was sister to Eleanor and the late Muriel. She will be deeply missed by her many nieces and nephews and her many dear friends. Family and friends will be received at the Scott Funeral Home 'Brampton Chapel&quot; 289 Main St. N. (905-451-1100) on Thursday, February 6, 2014 from 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 7, 2014 at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Donations may be made in Joan's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.</div>
