Maria is survived by her loving husband Manuel Cordeiro De Melo; by her children Manuel (Helia), Aida (Anthony d. 2015), Lucy (James), Ina (Jeff); and by her grandchildren Philip, Catarina, Mikaila, Jacob, Isabella, Juliana, and Sofia. Maria loved to sing and now sings with the angels. Donations in Maria’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.</div>
